DHL Worldwide Express: estimated 1-3 business days
Miami Local Delivery: 2-3 delivery by 7pm approximately
USPS Priority: estimated 2-3 business days

USPS Express: 1-2 business days (guaranteed orders before 12:30 pm Est time)
USPS International: estimated 8-10 business days

Payment and Shipping
We accept PayPal balance payment and credit card payment. Or for pick-up orders, you would need to come to the store and pay there. Just give us the name of the items you would wish to purchase. Account money transfer is optional as well. Once we have received your payment, we will send your an invoice with payment confirmation. Give us 1-3 business days to process your order due to high demand. All our prices on our site is marked as Canadian dollars.
Returns & refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be asked to return or exchange the item's base on the situation.
you have 2-3 business days after receiving your order to contact customer service and request a return or exchange. you are eligible for a full refund after Customer service confirms you have received the wrong items. Contact customer service if an item is missing from your order. When we confirm that the item missing indeed is missing, we will offer you a full refund of the item price and shipping price, or begin processing a new item for you in your next order. If you have not received your package, please contact us to inform us you didn't receive your package. Once we confirm with the courier that your package is lost, will offer a refund or re-send your order.
Is Everything On The Website In Stock?
We do our best to ensure that our inventory is updated, over 99% of our merchandise is in-stock in our warehouse and is ready to be ship out, however, due to occasional miscounts and human mistakes, there could be minor inventory discrepancy. you will be refunded right away for the out of stock items when we process your order. Please always allow around 2-3 business days to see refunds on your bank/credit card statements.
Can I Use Your Images For My Store?
Absolutely not! we photograph all of our merchandise in our studio with our models, you are not welcome to use our images if you purchase the merchandise from us! misusage of the images for other purposes (I.E. Counterfeiting) is strictly prohibited and will be reported.
What's The Minimum Order?
We believe that boutiques should have the right to choose what sizes to stock and how many of each size to stock for their customers, however, we do not have a minimum order per style!
Do You Offer Samples?
We do not offer samples, however, you can purchase as little as one piece per style to inspect the quality and see if you like the item in person before you order that particular style in bulk.
What's the inventory level and will I be able to restock?
We carry anywhere from 100 pieces to 200 pieces per color/style, in general, we have sufficient inventory for new arrivals. however, we cannot guarantee the amount of time each style will stay in stock for long, as some styles sell out faster than others. In order to keep our products fresh, we rarely remanufacture the same style.
What Cookies Do You Use And How Am I Tracked?
We use cookies to know whether you are logged in on our website and to keep your session so you can place items in your shopping cart. We use google analytics tracking codes to better your shopping experience and improve our website, however, it does not identify you individually and it will not collect any information that you enter in your account information.
How Secure Is My Payment?
It is extremely important to us that your payment information is secure. We use PayPal to process your payments, and we do not store any of your payment information on our server. PayPal is a PCI compliant payment processor and all information transmitted are encrypted and secure. We only process payments by a secure token with PayPal. Handmade Custom Designs Information
When ordering a made-to-order custom design outfit, please be advised that in some cases minor alterations should be expected. Jahvysams21 is not liable to cover any alterations charges. Customers are responsible for any alterations. All custom design items are non refund, no return, no cancellation and no exchanges. This is a legal agreement when purchasing from us. No exceptions. Please allow 15 business days for designer to design your custom design outfits. All custom design outfits are handmade with you in mind. Made-to-order meaning it is not in physical stock. The standard production time is 15 business days before shipping.
International Shipping Policy

Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and other regional charges and are not included in our shipping charge.
Packages returned back to us due to non-payment of import duties can be reshipped at customers’ expense or refunded less the shipping charges.
